Job description
This role is all about bringing a can-do approach to can't cope infrastructures. As part of an engagement team, you'll work on fast paced projects implementing, integrating and customizing key end-to-end solutions for It management, data warehouse/business intelligence, security storage, e-services and mission critical/high availability systems. That will mean working closely with clients to assess their business and technical requirements, then designing, planning, customizing and configuring systems, software and environments and integrated solutions that deliver total satisfaction in a booming e-economy.
Specific skills/ required:
• A BS/MS in computer science
• At least 3 years' track record in consulting/IT management
• Technical knowledge of client/server technology, networking systems & solutions, middleware concepts, IT security, storage/SAN management, mission critical/high availability concepts, consolidation, data warehousing, e-intelligence and internet technologies.
• Knowledge of the key services: security architecture, IT infrastructure, risk management services, security strategy consulting
• Project management skills; Knowledge management skills: creation and re-use of intellectual capital
• Client relationship skills
• Communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate with customers on all levels
• Sales and presentation skills
• Consulting engagement skills
• Business management skills
• Conceptual skills: able to perform in-depth systems analysis, recognizes problems, opportunities or underlying patterns and relationships. Is able to analyse requirements and translate them into priorities and action plans.
• Teamplayer: Ability and willingness to motivate and mentor other consultants, act as change agent
• Leadership skills
Independence and ownership: Work with a minimum of direct supervision or guidance from others. Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes direction
• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance
Must be able to write visual basic scripts, and have a solid background in AD with MIIS experience. Other skills would include SQL, Single Sign On, Oracle, PKI, and Federation Services.
