Description:
The J2EE Consultant will be responsible for the implementation of Java based enterprise components. The consultant will work productively as part of a development team focused on the delivery of Enterprise Architecture solutions built on the J2EE platform. The Consultant will be capable of assisting/training junior level resources.
Required Skills:
J2EE experience in all phases of the project life-cycle (requirements, design, implementation, test, warranty, etc**).
Experience implementing common J2EE components and interfaces: EJB, JMS, JDBC, Servlets, Web Services, WSRP, AJAX, etc**
Strong written and verbal skills.
Capable of working productively in both team and individual settings.
Knowledge of and experience implementing Enterprise Portal architectures, specifically JSR168 portlets.
Familiarity with Spring, Struts, and/or Hibernate frameworks.
Basic understanding of SOA principals.
